Research On The Path To Realizing The Long-term Mechanism Of Teacher Ethic Construction In Primary Schools In The New Era

In the new era of building a large and highly qualified professional teacher team,the first criterion is teacher ethic.Improving the long-term mechanism for the construction of teacher ethics is an important part of the current work of teacher ethics construction.This study takes the new era as the research field of view,and takes the“Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Establishing and Perfecting a Long-Term Mechanism for the Construction of Teachers' Ethic in Primary and Middle Schools”as the policy guide.Systematic theory,taking Kunming City as an example,to explore a reasonable and effective way to realize the long-term mechanism of teacher moral construction in the new era.The research adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,individual interview method and natural observation method,and investigates the status quo of the long-term mechanism of the construction of elementary school teacher ethics in Kunming from the aspects of education,publicity,assessment,supervision,motivation,punishment and protection.It is found that although the current status of the long-term mechanism for the construction of teacher ethics in primary schools in Kunming City is generally good,there are still incomplete contents of teacher ethics education,and the promotion,supervision and assessment of teacher ethics are not strong enough.Not enough problem.To solve the current problems of the mechanism,firstly attribute the external factors that affect the mechanism from the social,school,and teacher levels;secondly,based on the theory of incentive compatibility,improve the internal shortcomings and deficiencies of the mechanism itself;and finally,the basis of the former two The theory of synergy is used to make the mechanism work cooperatively,so as to complete the effective exploration of the realization path of the construction mechanism of elementary school teachers in Kunming.
