Research On College Students’ Legal Awareness And Countermeasures

At present,our country has entered a new era of advancing the rule of law in an all-round way.A socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics has been formed.The construction of a government under the rule of law and the reform of the judicial system are steadily advancing.The "Seventh Five-Year Plan" law popularization that is compatible with building a rule of law in China has also reached the stage of summary and acceptance,laying the foundation for a good start for the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" law popularization.College students are the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and they are responsible for the historical task of realizing the comprehensive rule of law and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,the status of college students’ awareness of the rule of law not only affects their own overall development,but also relates to the future process of the rule of law in our country.Improving college students’ awareness of the rule of law is of great significance to our country’s realization of the rule of law.Starting from the actual problems of college students’ awareness of the rule of law,this article sorts out and reflects on the problems of college students’ awareness of the rule of law,combines common issues with individual issues,explores the factors that affect college students’ awareness of the rule of law,and finds ways and paths to enhance their awareness of the rule of law.Targeted and effective enhancement of college students’ awareness of the rule of law.Therefore,this article summarizes,summarizes,analyzes and summarizes the status quo of contemporary college students’ legal consciousness through questionnaire surveys,and strives to explore countermeasures to enhance college students’ legal consciousness in order to enhance college students’ legal consciousness.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of enhancing college students’ awareness of the rule of law,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The second part defines the connotation of the undergraduates’ awareness of the rule of law,expounds the theoretical basis for enhancing undergraduates’ awareness of the rule of law,including Marxist thoughts on the rule of law and the Chinese Communist Party’s thoughts on the rule of law,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research and promotion of the awareness of the rule of law of college students.The third part mainly analyzes the status of college students’ current awareness of the rule of law through questionnaires,and summarizes the enhancement of college students’ awareness of the rule of law from the aspects of the constitution,the idea of law supremacy,awareness of law,and awareness of rights protection,Faith in the rule of law,thinking in the rule of law,and awareness of participation in the rule of law to analyze the existing shortcomings,and through the society,school,family and college students themselves,in-depth explanation of the factors affecting the college students’ awareness of the rule of law,playing a role in linking the past.The fourth part is the key content of this article.Based on the foundation laid in the previous article,it discusses the content,method and path respectively,and puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the awareness of the rule of law of contemporary college students.
