A Study On Chinese Government-Leading Type Of Athlete Management From Humanistic Perspective

In China,the management of athletes was controlled by the pattern of"government-leading type".This pattern of management produced many positive results that the overall strength of Chinese competitive sports made a huge progress and won remarkable records.However,several negative effects existed in the"government-leading type" management and aroused attentions from all works of society,such as the athletes' difficulty employments and physical injuries for overloaded training.Therefore,the problems existing in the pattern of"government-leading type" has been analyzed through the perspective of humanism.This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of "government-leading type" management of athlete with the methods of literature,questionnaire and statistical.Besides,many suggestions were provided in this paper in the perspective of humanism management.Through the survey,we can find that the government-leading athletes' management provides the human,financial and material resources which can reduce the financial burden of athlete.This management could make a significant development of competitive sports in a short period.On the contrary,the disadvantages include four parts.Firstly,the athlete has rarely social activities which limited the ability of social communication.Secondly,training exhausted the athletes' time and energy and having rarely time to studying.Thirdly,lacking of the communication and systematic training plan made the athletes injuries.The last one is that the security and incentive system are still not perfect.Based on the analysis of human beings of the humanism management,this paper gave several suggestions for the existing problems of "government-leading type"management.The first one is multiple management subjects and encourages the athletes to contact with society in order to improve the ability of communication.Then,the mode of "combination of sports and education" should be put into practice to ensure the athletes receiving the opportunity of education.The next one is making personalized training plan to protect the athlete getting hurt.The last one is that complete the athletes guarantee system.
