| Elementary school classroom management is in the classroom environment,classroom discipline and classroom atmosphere,under the interaction of elements such as the establishment of classroom rules,the establishment of the relationship between teachers and students,the arrangement of the physical environment and psychological environment of construction,deal with students’ problem behavior activity and the measures,such as classroom main body to form an orderly classroom management relations,thus guarantee teaching activity smoothly,What is more important is to help pupils achieve all-round development.With the promotion of basic curriculum reform and the in-depth study of students’ core literacy system by schools at all levels,the level of classroom management in primary schools in China has been significantly improved.However,there are still factors hindering the realization of students’ overall development goals,and classroom management has not played its full role.As one of the important schools of modern management,humanistic management has a mature theoretical system and theoretical basis,and has been effectively applied to corporate management.Its connotation and characteristics are highly suitable for classroom management in primary schools.Based on humanistic management,this paper takes 4 primary schools in Daxinzhuang office of Linqing City and 12 primary schools in Yandian Town as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,classroom observation,interview and other methods,it analyzes the current situation of classroom management in primary schools.It reveals that there are teachers in these primary schools who attach importance to the maintenance of authority,and their management behavior is mainly controlled.Students have high incidence of problem behavior and poor self-management ability;The classroom physical environment is monotonous,the psychological environment is lack of humanity;Classroom rules highlight the problems of mandatory,single incentive evaluation and so on.These problems are caused by the influence of traditional ideas on teachers’ authority and lack of classroom management ability.For students,it is because of their lack of subjective initiative,individual differences and family reasons that the problem students appear.For schools,it is because of the lack of people-oriented ideas in school management,and the lack of professional classroom management training.Around the primary school classroom management problems and the formation of the reasons,the author from the perspective of humanistic management,proposed the classroom management problems to solve the countermeasures: improve the teacher’s classroom management concept,establish a sense of service,care consciousness;Carry out special training to improve teachers’ classroom management level;Pay attention to the construction of class style,improve students’ independent management ability;Optimize classroom environment and help classroom management;Construct humanized classroom rules and carry out "points system" incentive evaluation system;Improve school management mode and create humanistic atmosphere.The author hopes to solve many problems in the current primary school classroom management by absorbing and drawing lessons from the theory and practice of humanistic management. |
