| The discus movement originated from ancient Greece and is a sport that reflects strength and beauty.The women's discus was listed as an official event at the ninth Olympic Games in 1928.The modern discus movement was introduced into China at the beginning of the 20 th century.In 1914,men's discus was officially included in the national games and women's discus was also included in the national games in 1933.After the founding of New China,the Party and the Government attached great importance to competitive sports,the discus movement has been rapid development,especially the women's discus project has also been in the international competition to create success.With the implementation of the Olympic strategy,some traditional advantage projects in the Olympic arena in the success of the frequent storms,but people also hope to achieve a greater breakthrough in the discus and other projects.Similarly,Hebei province has traditional characteristics in the Discus project,once trained a group of outstanding athletes.In order to make more breakthroughs in discus project in hebei province,the cultivation of reserve talents is very important.China has made brilliant achievements in the women's throwing project,and under the Olympic strategy,the female throwing reserve talent training has been included in one of the key work.Women's Discus project is one of the throwing projects,in order to make it better development,it is very important to study the echelon construction of elite athletes and the training of reserve talents.This study takes the reserve talents of women's discus in Hebei province as the research object.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,measurement,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper studies the body shape and function,sports ability,sports achievement,distribution area,focal unit and graduation destination of women discus athletes in Hebei province,hoping to provide useful reference for the training of women's discus reserve talents in Hebei province.The result of research shows:(1)The reserve talents of women's discus in Hebei province differ greatly in the performance of special sports.Using the relatively high requirements of Beijing Sports University Li Xiaohui teacher "junior women's discus Sports ability score table" to make a comparative evaluation,found that only a few athletes in the special results can obtain the score.(2)In the body shape,sports quality,sports performance and other indicators,the relative number of people who can score in the "School Women's Discus Sports Ability Score Sheet" by Li Xiaohui is found.The smaller the age,the relative value of the score is obtained.The more people there are.The older the age,the lower the relative proportion of scores;the reason is that the younger age group(Group C)is the athlete in the discus reserve talent training system of Hebei Province,and the older athletes are also many,most of them are ordinary middle schools.Special student.(3)There was no significant difference in the results of comparison between Group A,Group B,Group C,15 years and under 14 years of age in 2017 and 2018.It shows that there is no statistical difference in body shape,function,exercise ability and special in reserve talents.(4)Starting from the regression analysis,using the relevant analysis data to select the height and height of the athletes with higher correlation as the material selection factors should be more concerned,and the indicators such as supine birds and bench press should be paid more attention to the training factors.content.Conduct strategic advice to coaches on material selection and training.(5)The results show that there is a geographical uneven distribution of women's discus athletes in 2017 and 2018.This phenomenon may be related to the lack of full-time coaches and the cold climate.(6)In terms of the future after graduation,no one has entered a higher level professional team in the past two years,and about one-third of the athletes choose to enter the university. |
