Academic Graduates Scientific Research Learning Satisfaction Investigation And Study

With the coming of the popularization of higher education, the quality of higher education has become the focus of attention of all parties in the society. As the training of the high level talent base, there are also many problems. Scientific research is an important part of graduate education, which is an important indicator of the quality of postgraduate education. In the past, the evaluation of the graduate students' research status is mainly measured by the external hard indicators of graduate thesis and academic achievement, lack of real experience and feelings from the students themselves. So, to a certain extent,this kind of evaluation method can not truly reflect the level of graduate education. It is just based on this reason, this study seizing the research learning as the main line, starting from the perspective of satisfaction, using the method of literature analysis and questionnaire of Henan University graduate academic research study status of the customer satisfaction survey research. It is of great significance to find out the problems existing in the research and education of graduate students, and to improve the quality of postgraduate education and study.According to the results of the data, the overall satisfaction of the academic graduate students in the school is 3.40, the scientific research conditions learning satisfaction is 3.51, the research training is 3.49,the research learning result satisfaction is 3.34,and their research learning state satisfaction is 3.20. This suggests that Henan University academic graduates' scientific research learning satisfaction is up to the general state. The "scientific research learning condition" dimension satisfaction scores highest,reflecting the university academic graduate research learning condition is satisfying."The studentsresearch status" dimension satisfaction scored lowest, showing that students in their research status is the most relative discontent.But it can be seen from the study, students' practical research learning satisfaction perception value is less than expectation.So there is still a big gap between the ideal status of scientific research and students expecting scientific research and learning satisfaction.The learning satisfaction is influenced by gender, crossing major or not, subject category. In specific project analysis, finding the student is satisfied with their teachers' guide. But they are not satisfied with the graduate class method courses,their role in the scientific research project,and the scientific research achievements;Overall,the research learning satisfaction is affected by students' scientific research status,followed by scientific research training.Through analysising the present situation and problems of the student research learning satisfaction,this paper put forward from the establishment of the scientific research and learning satisfaction survey system, graduates scientific research education overall plan,and graduates themselves constraints and efforts to improve academic graduates research learning satisfaction.
