Action Research Of Campus Festival Activity In Primary School To Promote The Development Of Students’ Comprehensive Quality

Campus festival activities as an important part of school education, which have a positive effect on enriching and developing the content of quality education, updating and enriching the form of quality education. In the new curriculum reform, the campus festival activities have become an important way to improve the overall quality of students and plays a role in the correct orientation to primary and secondary school.In this study, "Four seasons row---campus festival activities” as the main issue in Z primary school, through the summary about combing the related theory and the campus festivals at home and abroad, use the method of action research, design implementation plan of campus festival activities in Z primary school, discuss the process of implementation of the campus festival activities, observe and reflect on the question arising in the process of implementation. By constantly summing and improving the implementation plan, provide theoretical reference for other schools on campus festival activities.The study use the way of questionnaires, interview and narrative to record and analyze the situation about campus festival activities in Z primary school. By feedback from parents and students and communication with teachers to constantly improve the activity plan on campus festival activities.The research shows that campus festival activities plan an important role in improving students’ overall quality, teachers’ professionalism and expertise and schools’ teaching quality, but also have some problems and deficiencies: the quality of campus festival activities need to be improved; the attitude of the parents’ is not ideal from the parents’ overall evaluation about campus festival activities; campus festival activities do not full meet the needs of students.In view of the problem of campus festival activities in Z primary school, in order to make campus festival activity closer to real life, stimulate students’ interest and desire of involvement,serve to educate students in activities and promote the development of the overall quality of students, the school should make efforts in the following aspects:(1) establish the idea of the overall development;(2) play the role of schools’,teachers’ and families’;(3) improve the mechanism of campus festival activities;(4) improve the quality of campus festival activities;(5) innovation campus festivals activities.
