With the continuous deepening of the new round of curriculum reform,while the comprehensive practical activity curriculum has made certain achievements,there are also some problems existed such as inadequate curriculum management,lack of curriculum resources,marginalization of curriculum status and unsatisfactory actual resultes due to the influence of the traditional teaching mode.“Problem-Based Learning”(PBL)emphasizes the teaching idea of solving inferior problems and cultivating students' comprehensive ability in the process of solving problems,which accords with the educational needs under the background of the new curriculum reform in China.And it is consistent with the training goal of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum in primary schools.PBL provides a way of thinking for changing the single mechanical situation of the integrated practical activity curriculum in primary schools and exploring the teaching mode suitable for the curriculum.Based on the characteristics of the PBL model and the disciplinary nature of the integrated practical activity curriculum in primary schools,aiming at the problems existed in the implementation of the integrated practical activity curriculum,this paper constructs the operational process of the teaching of the integrated practical activity curriculum in the primary school under the PBL model from the theoretical level and applies it to the teaching of comprehensive practical activities in primary schools.In this study,a class was randomly selected from the fifth grade of Z primary school.According to the teaching schedule,the three active themes of "Learning of Garbage","Magic Solar Energy" and "Eggs Hitting the Earth" were selected as examples for three rounds of teaching practice.The author grasps the actual teaching results through the classroom observation,interview and other methods.Then,the author reflects on the problems encountered in practice,summarizes problems and puts forward the improvements for the further research in order to continuously perfect the elementary school comprehensive practice activity curriculum teachingunder the PBL model,explore the application of the PBL model in the elementary school comprehensive practice activity curriculum teaching effect and affirm the positive significance of PBL model applied to the curriculum.It is found that there are still some problems in the process of applying PBL model to the comprehensive practical activity curriculum of primary school,such as weak autonomous learning ability of students,lack of team cooperation consciousness,inadequate classroom control ability of teachers and lack of formed perfect evaluation system.In view of the problems existing in the implementation,this study suggests optimizing the setting of PBL problems to realize the subjectivity of students,strengthening the awareness of students' teams and improving the ability of group cooperation,attaching importance to the teaching organization strategy,integrating presupposition and production,forming a multi-evaluation system and emphasizing process evaluation and other improvement strategies.The purpose of this paper is to enrich the curriculum resources of comprehensive practical activities,provide references for the teaching reform practice of front-line teachers and promote the teaching reform of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum in primary schools.
