In the primary education stage,the quality education of students is not only related to students' learning and future development,but also an important teaching content in the current education process in China.In the context of quality education,student evaluation should not only focus on academic development and progress.It should be a comprehensive evaluation of individual student changes and development,which is related to the use of evaluation results.However,there are few empirical studies on the use of evaluation results in the field of education at home and abroad.The feedback of the evaluation results to the educational decision-making,training goals,teaching goals and teaching activities plays a vital role in student development.J Elementary School has implemented school-based comprehensive quality evaluation for nearly 6 years.The school has closely combined the traditions and advantages of the school,and has developed the evaluation standard of "Star Youth" according to the physical and mental development characteristics and cognitive laws of primary school students.At the same time,the school has independently developed a computer network operation platform for comprehensive quality evaluation.The platform uses the compiled computer statistical software to quickly and accurately evaluate the evaluation results,thereby helping schools and teachers to form corresponding evaluation reports.This study takes advantage of the localized evaluation of J primary school,in order to improve the evaluation system of J primary school,in-depth study of the use of the evaluation results of J primary school.At the same time,I hope that this research and thinking will be beneficial to the ongoing comprehensive quality evaluation reform,and also provide a reference and reference case for the personalized and healthy implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation in other primary schools.This study uses the method of educational action research to appropriately intervene the management,teachers,and head teachers of J Primary School based on comprehensive quality evaluation reports for leadership decision-making,education and teaching program design,and job design,and to observe the effects and changes of students' comprehensive quality development.In conclusion,put forward suggestions that are beneficial to the development of students' comprehensive quality in primary schools.This action research has gone throug four stages of action design,action implementation,action effect,and action reflection,two cycles.The authorproposes effective strategies to promote the implementation of the school's evaluation system and the comprehensive quality of students for the two executive subjects.First of all,the school should build campus culture,promote internally and externally;strengthen theoretical arms to promote learning by doing;establish home-school cooperation,and externally assist internally.Secondly,teachers,change roles and functions;face the future,pay attention to differences;decompose the development of comprehensive quality,and form the teaching goals of the class.
