In recent years, the new curriculum reform helped that the new course concept and teaching mode has entered everyday teaching procedure. Traditional utility and one-directional relationship between the teachers and students can not adapt to the times' tide and the new course concept. In the new curriculum, the position and function of the relationship between teachers and students are much more important than ever. Harmonious relationship between teachers and students help the students to be close with their teachers and believe in their teachers. Then, To rebuilt the relationship between teachers and students is the matter of great urgency in the educational field in the current society. Teacher is the most important and the leading role during the process of constructing the new relationship between teachers and students.Teachers' humanistic quality is the key in constructing the new relationship between teachers and students. Teachers' humanistic quality refers to teacher's inner character and principles, including teachers' knowledge level and character; From the professional perspective, it also refers to the humanistic knowledge, humanistic spirits and humanistic methods. The new relationship between teachers and students should be democratic, equal, understandable, and respectable. Generally speaking, teacher should love his students, democratic and equal, teaching benefits learning etc. Teachers' higher humanistic quality can improve the tension and ignorant relationship between teachers and students, it can also enhance students' worship for their teachers. Teachers' noble humanistic spirits is useful to cultivate the students' principles; Teachers' unique humanistic method helps to narrow the gap between the teachers and students.Aimed to the deficiency of teachers' humanistic quality at present, This paper analysis the causes as follows, incomplete helping system, lacking professional guide, lacking creative teaching capacity; utilitarianism of education; separating between teaching and teaching aims; the lower level of humanistic quality of society; teachers' self problem etc.Through the summary and the use of experiences of promoting teachers' humanistic quality in China and abroad, we put forward the strategies as follows, constructing the special training system; constructing welfare system of teachers in order to feel happiness; enhancing teachers' learning sense and responsibilities in the whole life; promoting the people's humanistic quality in our society.From the teachers' humanistic quality perspective, this paper analyses the relevancy of the new relationship between the teachers and students in order to help the reform of the new course.
