Objective:To investigate the status of humanistic care ability of nursing interns in two 3 level of first-class hospitals in Xinjiang,and to explore the influencing factors;investigation of current situation and influencing factors of the two hospital clinical nursing teachers' humanistic care quality;to investigate the relationship between the practice of humanistic caring ability of nursing students and clinical nursing teachers' humanistic care quality and perception of clinical nursing teachers' caring behavior,study the reason,in order to enlighten the nursing education in nursing humanistic care education,to provide a reference to cultivate and improve the humanistic caring ability of nursing students,put forward strategies for cultivating the humanistic caring ability of nursing students and clinical nursing teachers.Methods:“The humanistic caring ability of nursing students scale”,“clinical nurse humanistic care quality questionnaire”and“perception of clinical nursing teachers' caring behavior scale”on the two hospitals in 2017 internship of nursing students and clinical nursing teachers conducted a questionnaire survey,using statistical software,t test,F test,single factor analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis,Pearson correlation analysis to study the practice of humanistic caring ability of nursing students,clinical nursing teachers and nursing students humanistic quality perception of clinical nursing teachers' caring behavior,and the scores were analyzed.Results:1.humanistic caring ability of nursing students total score was(70.79 ± 8.91)points,scoring rate was 70.79%.2.education,relation with parents,peer relationship,and the relationship between the teacher and the nursing professional attitude and practice of environmental assessment,whether received humane care education and nursing students is the cause of nursing students' humanistic caring ability score factors were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Using multiple regression analysis found that influence the practice of humanistic caring ability of nursing students are the main factors that education,relation with parents,teachers,and the relationship of nursing professional attitude and practice of environmental assessment,whether received humane care education and nursing professional reasons.3.clinical nursing teachers' humanistic quality total score was(126.02±13.80)points,scoring rate was 86.91%;The score of the four dimensions is the score of the humanistic care perception,the humanistic care knowledge score,the humanistic care ability score and the humanistic care concept.4.age,education,working years,professional titles,colleagues' care and whether they had received humanistic care education were the influencing factors of the total score of humanistic care quality of clinical nursing teachers.The score was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that the main factors that affect the humanistic care quality of clinical nursing teachers were age,education,working years,professional titles and whether they received humanistic care education.5.using the Pearson correlation analysis shows that the humanistic caring ability of nursing students and clinical nursing teachers' humanistic care quality and perception of clinical nursing teachers on the nursing students' caring behavior was positively related to the practice period,the correlation coefficient r were 0.645 and 0.527(P < 0.001),both in the 0.01 level(bilateral)significant correlation.Conclusion:1.the total score of humanistic care ability of internship nursing students is(70.79±8.91),and the total score is in the middle level(total score 60~79 represents the middle level of humanistic care ability),which indicates that the humanistic caring ability of nursing students still needs to improve in clinical teaching.2.the total score of humanistic care quality of clinical nursing teachers was(126.02±13.80)scores and was in good level(the score rate > 80%).3.the humanistic care ability of the nursing students was positively related to the humanistic care quality of the clinical nursing teachers and the caring behavior of the clinical nursing teachers.The quality of humanistic care for clinical nursing teachers and the perception of the caring behavior of clinical nursing teachers are the important factors affecting the humanistic care ability of the nursing students.Hospitals and clinical nursing teachers should adopt targeted humanistic care training strategies to provide theoretical support and basis for the cultivation of humanistic care ability of nursing students in the future.
