The study of teacher burnout has aroused the interest of both researchers and practitioners since the concept was first defined and explored by H. J. Freudenberger in 1974. The theories about teacher burnout are comparatively mature, but empirical researches are still lacked. In order to remedy the defect of the past study, we take three schools in YunCheng as a question. This study based on the investigation of 120 teachers of yuncheng, The results suggest as follows.This achievement, to some extent, will enrich the burnout theory, provide the researchsupport on living examples of teacher burnout. It will also provide some much more operational and practicable advice on lightening, eliminating, and preventing teacher burnout.
