With the development of the intense social competition, Burnout has appeared widely inour social life, and it is regarded as the crisis of this century and the disease of modern life. Toteachers, burnout is common. If this phenomenon is not well controlled, it will be harmful tothe teachers` health and their development;it will be harmful to the students` schooling, theirhealth and personalities as well. Young teachers play an important role in the cause ofeducation, so it is important and meaningful to carry out extensive research on youngteachers` burnout. The research I plan to do will focus on young teachers` burnout, analyzeand summarize the problems of young middle school teachers` burnout and come up withpractical solutions. The research contains six parts. In the first part, the preface, the related concepts areclassified and the question is put forward;in the second part, the research on the youngteachers in the local schools is carried out in the way of filling out the questionnaires and theconclusion is drawn. In the third, fourth and fifth part, the reason for young teachers` burnoutand the effect it causes are analyzed and the solution is given;in the sixth part is the thinkingof the researcher. The result of the research shows that the young teachers in Jiamusi junior middle schoolsget little high Emotional Exhaustion score, lower Depersonalization score and high Efficacyscore and that the young teachers in Jiamusi senior high schools get higher EmotionalExhaustion score, higher Depersonalization score and lower Efficacy score. The latter sufferburnout more than the former. We also find that quite a lot of young teachers lie between thenormal situation and burnout. I would like to name this situation "sub-burnout" and putforward solutions.
