With the deepening of China’s new round of curriculum reform, for the realization of education innovation, the teachers comprehensively promote quality education and other major moves forward, so it is very important for the teachers to study. The teachers play a driver in the new curriculum reform smoothly, thus, this always plays a most important role cooperation and communication between the teachers. The teachers’ educational research group, lesson preparation group and grade group in the schools are as the basic unit in the form of cooperative learning in the work, they have achieved some results. But under the new curriculum standard, the form of cooperative learning between teachers is diversity, so to explore an effective teachers’ cooperative learning way is my research.I put forward some good suggestions about how to improve our school education quality according to the construction of teacher learning community. Through the examples of Chongqing Changshengqiao Middle School’s teachers learning community, I propose some strategy based on the experience of the process of the development in the school teacher learning community.This paper is divided into four parts. It starts from the introduction. It mainly introduces this topic research reason which is based on the national ministry of education related document, based on this it is necessary to find out some feasible measures in order to solve this puzzle and based on this it is also necessary to learn about the current problems of teacher learning community in reality,. At the same time, I introduce relevant literature review and the ideas and methods of this study. The second part mainly generalizes the current situation of teacher learning community in Changshengqiao Middle School of Nan’an Distract of Chongqing city. That is, the concept of new curriculum reform is deeply in the mind of middle school teachers, the teacher learning community has new changed teachers’ classroom and teaching mode; Learning community has prompted some changes in the way of teachers’ training, the school made new requirements for teachers’ education teaching evaluation. The following part focuses on the problems of test pressure, teaching methods, evaluation system, the training of teacher learning community construction in block. The last part involves some suggestions due to the case study of teachers "learning community".
