With the revision of Chemistry Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition),the new curriculum reform has been carried out in an all-round way.The new curriculum standards have put forward higher standards for the subject of chemistry in junior middle school in aspects of teachers' teaching methods,students' learning methods and evaluation methods.It can be seen that the continuous improvement of teachers' professional quality,educational and teaching ability and teaching and scientific research ability is a problem that junior high school chemistry teachers are facing.With the continuous development of all aspects of the country,the development of compulsory education has also attracted much attention.Documents and training programs on improving teachers' comprehensive ability and education and teaching level have been put forward one after another,which shows the high standard and strict requirements for teachers' professional development in China.At the same time,the society and parents'increasing attention to school education also urge the continuous development of teachers.However,at present,the construction of teachers' learning community in various regions of China is not comprehensive enough,and most of them exist in the form of "district teaching and research office--school teaching and research group--lesson preparation group".This top-down learning method ignores the needs of teachers' personal development.Taking Fancheng District of Xiangyang City as an example,this study not only promotes the construction of junior high school chemistry teachers' learning community,but also provides a reference for the construction of teachers' learning community in other regions and disciplines.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborates the research background,significance and purpose of this topic,research ideas and research methods.This paper clarifies the research direction and research method by combing the relevant literatures at home and abroad.The second part is the review of the literature research,mainly to the community,learning community,defined the concept of teacher learning community,to run the theoretical basis of teacher learning community are analyzed and expounded,and has carried on the review and summary to the literature at home and abroad,provides a theoretical basis for the study,to guide the direction of the investigation.The third part is to investigate the current situation of the construction of learning community of junior high school chemistry teachers in Fancheng District of Xiangyang City by means of questionnaires and interviews.The basic information of junior high school chemistry teachers in Fancheng District,their attitude towards the construction of learning community and their personal development vision are statistically analyzed,and the data are analyzed.It is found that teachers have a strong need for development,but the concept of teachers' learning community is not well understood,the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in community activities is not high,and most of them are in the state of passive learning in the community.Teachers also hope to adopt the "fixed period of face-to-face discussion and irregular online discussion" combined learning methods.The fourth part is about FanCheng area junior high school chemistry teacher learning community to build the status quo of case analysis,the current FanCheng area junior middle school chemistry teachers established a "young teachers grow class learning community","blue engineering learning community","studio" teacher learning community,etc.,and its constituent elements,constructing way,learning content and way and the results are analyzed,It is found that there are many problems in the construction of these existing learning communities.The main focus is that schools do not give enough support to teachers in time and space,resulting in the lack of time and energy for teachers to participate in the community.Secondly,the assessment method of the community is only limited to punching in,there is no systematic management system,and the learning content and learning method of the community is relatively simple.The fifth part analyzes the problems and reasons in the construction and operation of the existing learning community of chemistry teachers in Fancheng district junior high school.From the perspective of teacher level,school level and teacher learning community organization level,it is found that the main reason is the deviation between teachers' personal vision and common vision,which leads to the low enthusiasm of teachers' participation.The school did not give strong support;The learning theme,learning content and learning methods of the community are not combined with the actual needs of teachers,leading to the formalization of activities.The sixth part puts forward strategic suggestions on the construction of junior middle school chemistry teachers' regional learning community from the aspects of teachers,schools and teachers' learning community organization.Teachers need to form a correct cognition of "teacher learning community",enhance the willingness of self-development and the awareness of "common",and at the same time enhance the learning ability of all aspects.At the school level,we should strengthen intercollegiate linkage,create a cooperative atmosphere,build a platform for the growth of famous teachers,increase support,and establish a reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism.
