| Effective communication between kindergarten teachers and parents means on the basis of understanding and trust,the kindergarten teachers and parents communicate and have feedback about education problems with each other,using the right communication strategies and skills to make both sides cooperate to implement,ultimately achieving the purpose of promoting the development of young children.This study has contributed to the guidance of homes-kindergartens communication practice,enhanced the effectiveness of kindergarten teachers and parents to foster children,and helped to promote kindergarten teachers’ professional growth.Although some relevant government policies have emphasized the importance of effective communication and cooperation between homes and kindergartens,in fact,the result is not satisfactory.This research has made deep investigation about the current communication situation between kindergarten teachers and parents,so as to find some specific problems,then analyze the factors,present some strategies to improve communication effectiveness and promote early childhood development.Firstly,this study mainly uses questionnaires、observation and interview method,and take research technique case analytic method as the assistance.This research does a systematic and all-round investigation and analysis on the current situation about the cognition、preparation、process and effect of communication between kindergarten teachers and parents.Through the survey,the author found that kindergarten teachers had some problems in their communication about early childhood education.These problems are mainly manifested in the following aspects: Weak consciousness of active communication;inadequate preparation before communication;less cooperation during communication;less significant influence on young children development after communication.Secondly,according to the survey of their communication status quo,the author analyzes that the factors which affect communication between kindergarten teachers and parents are communicators themselves,between the communicators,communication messages and communication surroundings.Finally,from the perspective of kindergarten teachers,this study puts forward some strategies to promote communication effectiveness: they should overcome obstacles and build active wills,make sufficient preparation before communication,establish a good cooperative partnership on the basis of understanding and trust,use diversification strategies flexibly,master effective communication skills,cooperate with parents actively and lead them to participate actively. |
