In 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum for General High Schools(2017 Edition)",marking that my country has entered a new round of high school physical education and health curriculum reform.The "General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" condenses the core literacy of this discipline,and runs it through all links and aspects of the curriculum standard,so as to achieve the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.Based on the "Standards of Physical Education and Health Curriculum for General High Schools(2017 Edition)",this research uses literature,questionnaires,field visits and other research methods to investigate the current situation of the implementation of physical education and health curriculum standards in 8 general high schools in Linzhou City And analysis,find out the problems existing in the implementation of curriculum standards,and put forward reasonable countermeasures,so as to promote the effective implementation of sports and health curriculum standards in the region.Research indicates:1.Physical education teachers have a positive attitude towards the implementation of the "General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017Edition)",but only 12.24% of the physical education teachers have a "very understanding" of the "General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)";Students like sports and health classes,but 86.63% of the students do not know enough about the "Standards for Physical Education and Health Courses in General High Schools(2017 Edition)".2.There are 4 schools whose physical education teachers are not up to the standard,and the physical education teachers have a large workload,and the training situation is not ideal;the physical education teachers are relatively reasonable in age,teaching experience,professional title,and educational background,but the specialties are relatively single,and the ratio of males and females in each school is uneven.3.The establishment of physical education and health courses shows that the establishment of the first and second grades is good,and the establishment of senior three is not good;only 1 school adopts the organizational form of optional teaching,and although the sports venues of 6 schools meet the national standards,they cannot fully meet the teaching requirements of physical education teachers.Due to the needs of students' sports activities,some sports equipments are aging and damaged.4.The core literacy level of students is in the primary stage,and the development of athletic ability,healthy behavior,and sports morality is uneven.There is a lack of teaching modules,69.39% and 81.63% of physical education teachers are respectively in the physical fitness module,the arrangement of health education module is not up to standard,and the teaching content of physical fitness module is mainly track and field;87.50% of teachers choose sports events due to school arrangements,most teachers Choose traditional sports as teaching content.5.Physical education teachers mainly use traditional teaching methods in the teaching process,and use only a single form of modern information technology.Many physical education teachers choose to use multimedia and electronic whiteboards;79.59%of physical education teachers do not evaluate students' academic quality;physical education teachers' evaluation methods It is mainly based on teacher evaluation,focusing on the evaluation of sports ability,and lacks an effective evaluation system and method for healthy behavior and sports morality.6.In view of the above research results,the following two countermeasures are put forward:(1)Strengthen the education function of physical education courses: improve the curriculum structure,enrich the curriculum content,explore and create a teaching organization form suitable for the school,select appropriate teaching methods and means,establish A scientific and feasible evaluation system;(2)Strengthen the implementation of curriculum standards: strengthen the construction of physical education teachers,improve the professional development of physical education teachers,increase investment in material conditions,ensure the smooth development of physical education teaching,build campus sports culture,and create a good environment.Sports atmosphere,improve the supervision and management mechanism for the implementation of curriculum standards,and promote the effective implementation of curriculum standards.
