Training program is a postgraduate training process guidance document, it is graduate cultivation quality objectives and requirements embodied and graduate students under the guide of scientific formulate individual training plans, born of an important basis for the standardized management. Setting and training of professional experience in China in less than 20 years, is still in a period of active exploration. Scientific training is the key to improve the graduate students majoring in preschool education quality. In this study, Northwest Normal University and Taiwan Hsinchu University of education as the research object, using the method of literature study and field interview, the two university preschool education specialized graduate students training program were compared from the training objectives, training specifications, curriculum system and curriculum, practice link, training requirements were compared and analysis, to explore the characteristics of the two master of education training, in order for the cultivation of domestic preschool education master.The study found that in training target, the two schools are to a high level of preschool education institutions for the practice of talent training, in teaching stressed theory and practice, both in the theoretical basis, research programs, the frontier claims, the internationalization of the knowledge of learning. But because of different training program to develop the autonomy and the two education policy has different specific training specifications: Northwest Normal University in the curriculum and pay attention to moral education, pay attention to the development of physical and mental health of students, pay attention to foreign language ability; Taiwan Hsinchu University of education in the curriculum and pay attention to the arrangement and implementation of localization, the diversification, specialization, and refined, to students to diversified development. In the curriculum structure, two colleges and universities in the curriculum structure are adopted the plate(module) combination of the way, while the implementation of the credit system. However, in the course of structure specific or different courses, different proportion of divided modules of different courses, practice the flexibility of different. On the setting of the course content, course content similarity is high, but there are still some differences: Northwest Normal University to set up a public compulsory course of national politics, foreign language courses have uniform requirements; they are paying much attention to thestudy of methods of learning, but the curriculum research methods of Northwest Normal University opened latitude is larger, there is the nature of the subject complete the Hsinchu University of education research methods courses more meticulous, more special courses; Northwest Normal University focus on professional theory courses open class principle, Hsinchu University of education, mainly for the special class of course; in the creation of professional theory courses in Hsinchu University of education curriculum reflects the "refined" and "localization" characteristics of the course; a higher proportion of the overall practice of Hsinchu University of education,the curriculum type is rich, practical; Northwest Normal university practice variety,practice courses less. In the implementation of the practice link, Northwest Normal University to practice in the park, Hsinchu University of education to practice curriculum; Taiwan Hsinchu University of education pay attention to interactive discussion, group cooperation, and good at school and a visiting professor at the resource utilization; Taiwan Hsinchu University of education curriculum needs, a human practice, the number is more; Taiwan Hsinchu University of education practice resources rich. In the training requirements, in the entrance of preferential policies,admission written examination, training period, the lowest scores on a slight difference,tutor system. Thus, both the training program, have been trying hard to cultivate students' comprehensive quality.Further analysis found that the domestic training program has the advantages of focusing on moral education, foreign language education, focusing on basic courses,focusing on theoretical courses, focusing on practical aspects. Fostering domestic problems education course for large and discipline system, elective course and practice course opened less than, the less personal practice of extra-curricular activities,diversified concept of education embodied insufficiency, the frontier courses less four aspects.Based on the above research, it puts forward the refinement of the curriculum,appropriate to increase the elective courses and provide an open course selection system,increase practical courses and broaden the practical philosophy, pay attention to the four aspects of multicultural education.
