In recent years,China has attached great importance to the development of preschool education,emphasizing the improvement of preschool education quality,the expansion of preschool education scale and the development of preschool education market.But according to the current circumstance of our country,education for preschool education postgraduate students with low development level commonly uses preschool education graduate education,which does not reflect the practical and professional characteristics of preschool education postgraduate student education,and it is not conducive to improving the training quality of preschool education postgraduate students in our country,nor can it meet the needs of the preschool education stakeholders for professional talents.Therefore,it is necessary and inevitable to discuss how to strictly make the quality control of the program of preschool education master program in China.This article mainly uses comparative research,questionnaires,and interviews.Based on the“Master of Education Education Program(Revised)"promulgated by the Education Committee,and referring to the geographical location,the type of school and the level of development,six universities were selected as research objects from all domestic colleges that have master's degree program for preschool education.According to the training programs of the six universities and the data collected by the questionnaires and interviews,a in-depth research on the training of masters of education from the four aspects of training objectives,training methods,curriculum settings and teaching practice was conducted.Firstly,based on the document of the Education Committee,a comparative analysis of the training programs of six universities was conducted.Then an empirical survey on the implementation of the six university training programs was conducted.It was found that students have a strong motivation for learning;the years of study were suitable;the course content was abundant,and the teaching practice was varied.However,there are some problems such as low of students' recognition of training objectives,lack of implementation of training methods,low practicability of curriculum content,poor rationality of curriculum structure,and unsatisfactory implementation of teaching practices.Finally,based on the comparative analysis of the training program and the survey results of implementation status,this paper provides optimization suggestions for the training plan and implementation of postgraduates for preschool education in China:the first is to accurately locate training objectives and cultivate professional talents;the second is to innovative training methods to improve the quality of training;the third is to improve the curriculum and add special courses;the fourth is to increase the practicality and pertinence of the curriculum content in order to promote the development of preschool education in China.
