In recent years, China has entered a rapid development period of urbanization,it has brought a good opportunity for the development of rural economy and culture,to promote the rural social production and life style, education has a great change. The national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010- 2020),clearly put forward, in 2020 China's basic education modernization. As the basic point of rural education reform and development, the rural preschool education is the most important part of our country's education modernization and the smooth progress of the whole educational reform. As a new force in rural society, the rural kindergarten is a strong evidence to prove the reform and development of rural preschool education.Therefore, this study based on the perspective of cultural conflict and fusion, narrative research method through the development of kindergarten in Gansu Province Village Z C were studied so as to analyze the trajectory of rural preschool education development and reform, development of rural preschool education and the plight of cultural conflict and solution to read the deep-seated reasons that affect rural preschool education reform and development.This study adopts the methods of observation, interview, and physical analysis,tells the story of C kindergarten from a family kindergarten development into rural private demonstration garden of education story. Tells about the development of C kindergarten focus at different stages of the kindergarten education background,education philosophy, biogenic sources, education facilities, teachers, relevant policies, curriculum and teaching materials, home total fertility and children's life and so on. The study found that the process of the development of rural preschool education after the family kindergarten, formal kindergarten from the stable, orderly to the vigorous development. At the same time, researchers found, changes of the invasion of the rapid development of rural economy and culture, children's life world of change, external culture, family culture, preschool education policy promulgation and implementation as well as the teacher's educational wisdom is the deep reason of the rural preschool education reform and development.This study adopts the methods of observation, interview, and physical analysis,tells the story of C kindergarten from a family in kindergarten development into rural private demonstration garden of education story. In the development of rural preschool education, rural culture and urban culture are equally important, and the conflict of rural preschool education will lead to the integration of educational values.
