Under the background of the new normal, China's economy shows several notable features. First, the economy has shifted gear from the previous high speed to a medium-to-high speed growth. Second, the economic structure is constantly improved and upgraded. Third, the economy is increasingly driven by innovation instead of input and investment. The structural contradiction of regional employment and employment groups' capability is emerging onto the surface, as China's economy steps into the new phase of structural slowdown. Defines the meaning of university students' employment satisfaction. Based on literature review and combining theories of job satisfaction and industry interaction with employment, this paper present the characteristics of university students' employment satisfaction from the perspectives of intension and extension, and explained the difference among job expectation, job satisfaction, job quality in detail.2. Firstly, this paper analyzed and conformed influences on college graduates' employment satisfaction. Then designed university students' employment satisfaction questionnaire according to the actual situation and launched the survey in1000 university students from 5 colleges and universities in Jinan. Job satisfaction has significant correlation with the current employment situation, professional courses, professional correlation, learning opportunities, pay compensation, enterprise culture and so on.4.
