| With the development of China's economy and the strategic adjustment of the industry,China's labor market has undergone fundamental changes,and the requirements for labor in various regions and industries have also undergone great changes.The Yangtze River Delta region is one of the regions with the most active economy,the highest degree of openness and the strongest innovation capability in China.It plays a pivotal strategic position in the overall planning of national modernization and the major deployment of innovation-driven development.This paper mainly studies the impact of employment upgrading on the employment structure upgrade from industrial upgrading.This paper first sorts out the impact of industrial structure upgrading on the employment structure,and then makes quantitative analysis for empirical research.Based on the city statistics from 2000 to 2016,panel data regression analysis was carried out and corresponding conclusions were drawn.At the same time,this paper also made various kinds of robustness tests to ensure the robustness of the results.Combined with theoretical and empirical analysis,a more detailed and comprehensive relationship between industrial upgrading and employment structure was proposed through variable substitution.The main conclusion of this paper is that the first level of industrial upgrading has not improved the total employment and service employment.The second level of industrial upgrading has not improved the total employment,but for the employment structure.Upgrading has a significant improvement effect.The third level of industrial upgrading,that is,the increase in productivity has a negative impact on total employment,and the improvement of the employment structure is not obvious.That is to say,industrial upgrading has a certain influence on the upgrading of employment structure,but the impact of industrial upgrading at different stages on employment is not the same,and it is not all positive. |
