Recently, with the rapid development of vocational education, many problems, which include shortage of teachers, limited operation abilities of teachers, including teachers'overall qualities can not adapt to the development of vocational education, exist in the teaching practice in vocational school. Training can promote development of vocational teachers effectively, and also improve teachers'standards. There are contradictions between teachers who need training and supplied training.The essay adopts many methods, including documentation method, survey method, and comparison method.Firstly,in the essay author surveys the status of training from vocational schools in Panzhihua, and also analyzes training features. Based on these points, author thinks about training models generally. Finally, the study reflects on reasons, advantages and shortcomings which exist in common trainings, including national training, provincial training, regional training, and school own training.The essay states many viewpoints. The thoughts are to unite thoughts to standardize management, and emphasize to check the result, and perfect assessment system, and put forward life-long education, and instills the thought of life-long training, and fully develop the school own training to realize professional development on teacher's own,finally,study advanced training models from home and abroad to meet the needs of professional development.Therefore,the training models can be used reasonably and meaningfully promotes the professional development of the vocational teachers.
