Reflected Research The Training Models Of Vocational School Teachers On The View Of Professional Development

Recently, with the rapid development of vocational education, many problems, which include shortage of teachers, limited operation abilities of teachers, including teachers'overall qualities can not adapt to the development of vocational education, exist in the teaching practice in vocational school. Training can promote development of vocational teachers effectively, and also improve teachers'standards.
