The Research About Models Of Network-based Training Based On Analysis Of Class Record

Since the eighth decade of twenty century, Teacher Professional Development has been become a worldwide hot topic in the education reform. It is the primary responsibility of schools and individual teachers. Researchers are also constantly exploring and designing adaptation model of teacher professional development to improve education. With the development of information technology, teachers apply the information technology to the teacher development. Therefore, with the network technology, the model of teacher further education as an important way to improve teacher development. But there are still some shortcomings in the current teacher training model, they can not meet the needs of majority teachers. So this can not help the development of teacher professional. Address this situation,this paper proposes a model- Study of the analysis Classroom network training based on Record mode. This paper consists of the following six components:The first part describes the research background and significance, the purpose and content of this study.The second part describes the class record and the analysis of class record, the meaning of teacher professional development and training teachers in specific content.
