In order to further strengthen teacher training and comprehensively improve the quality of teachers,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance have implemented the "National Training Plan for Primary and Secondary School Teachers",referred to as the "National Training Plan" since 2010.By 2015,more than 7 million teachers had been trained in the five years since the launch and implementation of the National Training Plan,which shows that the National Training Plan has had a great impact on teacher training.In order to effectively promote the improvement of the quality of teachers 'teaching practice,the 2015 "National Training Plan" proposes a reform of the training model,which requires the implementation of a combination of network research and school-based research and training.The concrete design and implementation of the "mixed" activity is the key to the teacher's blending learning and is the landing way of the teacher's blending learning.Teacher's blending learning is the application of blending learning theory in the field of teacher training.At present,its application research in the field of enterprise and education has achieved remarkable results,but the application research in the field of teacher training is few.Therefore,this paper tries to make up the deficiency of the application research in teacher training field by studying the design and implementation of the activities of grinding course in teacher's blending learning for primary and secondary school teachers,and provides a reference for the design and implementation of the activities of teacher's blending learning for primary and secondary school teachers in the "national training plan".In this paper,the author carries out research through the following steps:Step 1: Simply explain the background and research problems of the thesis,and analyze the current research status of teacher's blending learning through literature review,and put forward the design and implementation of the research.Step2:Combing the theoretical basis of blending learning theory,activity theory and organization management theory,and drawing out the relative application of theoretical basis in the thesis.Step 3: Explain the cause of the grinding activities in the teacher's blending learning,design the goals,principles and evaluation of the grinding activities,and guide thegrinding activities' sdesign principlesabout mixing design,activity link,and organization management according to the three theoretical foundations outlined in the second step.Step 4: Expound the implementation of the grinding course in the teacher's blending learning and the different performance in the three implementation cases.Step 5: Inductive and reflective on the problems in the implementation of the caseStep 6:Summarize the achievements of the implementation cases and propose further improvements to the problems arising from them.
