Interaction Students and campus culture development of higher education has increasingly become an important topic of school and social interaction. Students from different Asian cultures to the same place in higher education, the University enters the new cultural environment, cultural conflicts they have experienced, identity, exclusion, fusion is the process like? Psychological and behavioral experience what kind of change? Different demographic characteristics of the students, what kind of difference in the cultural adaptation? What kind of results are presented? How to Guide Students to generate free and conscious way of life and the kind of law, access to healthy development? This necessarily involves students'adaptation and its influencing factors, this study took these questions to seek answers, and gender, grade, major cultural and ecological characteristics adapted to Students gap analysis.This study was designed sampling questionnaire, the true state of the University Students' School Adjustment, and then based on personal and cultural characteristics (gender, ethnicity, whether only child, type of institution, grade, science class, whether student cadres) effects of different categories of students in school the adaptation reflected the difference; Second, the point from the surface, through in-depth interviews to depict the adaptation process like state track and analyze the impact of the factors discussed hiding data behind the deep-seated reasons. For close relationships with college students, learning, content seven aspects of campus life, employment, emotions, self-awareness, satisfaction, etc. In this study, xiao yi Fang, who compiled and revised "Chinese College Student Adjustment Scale" as the measuring tool for a total of 819 students from six colleges and universities conducted a survey to study the appropriate university student school situation, and in-depth interviews with 12 college students to explore the reason why this phenomenon occurs. Careers adaptation, adaptation and self-satisfaction, there are significant gender differences. Boys in interpersonal adaptation, adaptation and self-satisfaction better than girls, girls learn to adapt, adapt to campus life, career adaptation, emotional adaptation adaptation of these four aspects of the case better than boys.3. Students ethnic differences significant school adjustment, to adapt to the situation better than the Han Students Minority Students.4. Students of different students to school adaptation difference was not significant, the overall situation of the city college students adapt better than rural students.
