At present, China is in a period of industrial restructuring, economic growth, social stability, the popularity of high school education are inseparable from the support of secondary vocational education. However, China's secondary vocational school enrollment after the completion of one million goal, to achieve the scale of the recovery, and does not really get rid of the plight of students. Many vocational schools not only reduce the number of students every year, and the quality has declined, a serious threat to the survival and development of the school, which is vigorously develop vocational education and the market demand for a wide range of countries for skilled workers for showing a paradoxical situation. What caused the plight of students in vocational schools to resolve lingering? How to improve the mechanisms to resolve the plight of students in vocational schools to enable the construction of a healthy development?This study used the survey method, respectively, middle school students, vocational school students targeted questionnaire, and junior high school parents, students, teachers and vocational school admissions officers, professional teachers, graduates interview survey. Questionnaire mainly from the awareness of the junior high school students in vocational schools, vocational school students in the specific circumstances of the two dimensions of the status of students in vocational schools were studied. Researchers over the years, combined with the vocational school students the basic situation of statistics and analysis, concluded:At present, students in vocational schools dilemma facing our country, including the number of students is declining, the quality has declined, three structural imbalances in the distribution aspects. The use of a questionnaire survey of literature analysis method to further analyze the status of the plight of students, students explore the reasons predicament occurred mainly analyzed from the traditional culture, national policies, the structure of education and the school's own development in four areas, where traditional culture, "school the impact talents were Shi "," segment of society "," the value of seeking common ground "and the traditional concept of the root causes; national systems, high school admissions policy will be ranked in the secondary vocational schools after high school to recruit students for the three batches, the lack of a certain degree of fairness, while the lack of labor market employment permit system effective supervision and management, "the talent high consumption" phenomenon prevalent; education structure, regional development scale of secondary vocational schools, school layout and allocation of resources are not enough balance on lateral; the school itself, the lack of clear targeting, specialty lack of innovation, the allocation of resources is not perfect. Finally, analyze the reasons for the plight of students in vocational schools produce targeted mechanism put forward proposals to resolve the building:building an effective incentive mechanism to improve the social acceptance of secondary vocational schools; improving macro-control mechanism of the government to improve the enrollment fair market, supervise the implementation of employment access system; constructing educational structure adjustment mechanisms, secondary vocational schools laterally balanced regional distribution and allocation of resources, in the longitudinal direction Preparedness for effective convergence junior high school, vocational, higher vocational; educational mechanism innovation and secondary vocational schools clear educational goals, improve teaching quality, optimize professional setting and allocation of resources, improve the running mode of school-enterprise cooperation.In recent years, with the labor market "mechanic shortage" phenomenon highlights the popular idea of lifelong education, and the goal of building a learning society and universal high school education put forward, people's perception of vocational education is slowly shift.
