Research On The Enrollment Status And Countermeasures Of Secondary Vocational Schools At The County Leve

The Secondary Vocational Education(SVE) is the important part of our country education system. The recruiting of the Secondary Vocational School(SVS) concerns about the life-and-death of this kind of schools and also is the basic of the developing of SVE. This article analyzes the difficult position and the cause of it, then it gives reasonable countermeasures to deal with it. This article has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the questionnaire survey of(SVS) students, parents and teachers, the article presents the hard enrollment of the secondary vocational school at the country level. Through the analysis of the problems of student source, the problems about secondary vocational school educational quality, the problems about the parents’ concept of the vocational education, the problems about the enterprise recruitment and the problems about society recognition, the article tries to find the cause of the hard enrollment. Finally the article put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem: in the social and cultural level, people should give wide publicity to the society through medias and thus can deepen the understanding of people’s opinion towards SVE and attract more students? in the policy level, junior middle school stage should provide students with career planning guidance, measures must be taken to build the bridge from "end education" to “lifelong education”, formulate and abide by the minimum wage standard strictly, improve the system of professional qualification and employment admittance? in the(SVE) level, school themselves should expand the scope of students enrollment and strengthen the construction to enhance the attractiveness.
