| Nowadays, the public, the government pays more attention to the quality of higher education, innovative personnel training by the unprecedented attention, teachers in Colleges and universities cannot be replaced with a key role in the higher education quality improvement plays, and therefore more in need of college teachers are learning and development of lifelong learning constantly. However, the current teacher formal learning methods hard to meet its own development, but also difficult to adapt to the progress of the times, so the informal learning is highlighted its role. This study tries to explore the ways to improve the teaching quality of teachers in Colleges and universities from the view of informal learning, hand reveals the informal learning effects on Teachers’ teaching quality improvement, provide the basis for the establishment of promotion policy mechanism of teachers’ teaching quality. On the other hand, to provide theoretical guidance for the teachers to improve the teaching level and teaching ability.The foundation of this research at home and abroad, in an informal learning theory as a guide, from the self-reflection and directed learning, multimedia learning, question or imitation observation of University Teachers’ teaching quality affecting factors from five aspects of learning, communication and advice, supervision and cooperation. Using the questionnaire survey method, the factors of University Teachers’ teaching quality influence analysis. The results of the study show that, is related to the quality of informal learning and teaching, but the role of different dimensions of informal learning of teaching quality differences; then gathered to participate in the investigation of the teachers’ Curriculum of nearly four years of teaching evaluation results, and made comparative analysis, proof of informal learning to help promote the University Teachers’ teaching quality, further explained. Perfect and improve the colleges and teachers informal learning system and the support system is the key factor to influence the teaching quality of University teachers. The results of the analysis on university teachers using effectively in the teaching process of informal time and environment to improve the quality of teaching level, the teaching level of colleges and universities to provide realistic reference development better and improve the teaching ability of teachers. |
