A teenager's physical and mental health has become a strong power of the flag,"young strong a country strong".But now many studies have shown that teenagers overweight phenomenon is particularly serious,caused by overweight students' inferiority external image,to the understanding of the body function and physical quality index slipping should attach great importance to by the society,school,family.Research purposes: to through the investigation about the present situation of overweight junior middle school students in shenyang physical fitness,and selected according to the results of the survey are overweight junior middle school students aerobic exercise intervention program,comparative analysis using mainly aerobics exercise intervention experiment on its body shape,body function and physical quality,as well as to the society,school,family in the future to take effective measures to prevent and provide a basis to improve the current situation of junior high school students physical overweight.Methods: through literature,field physical experiment and computer simulation,test and exercise intervention in Sujiatun district of five middle school students sampling,a total of 5584 pedestrian investigation and test on the constitution and physical test results using screening overweight students,175 middle school in shenyang,for example,extracted from 2 grade each 60 people,men and women on average 30 people a group is divided into the experimental group and control group,with scientific exercise intervention plans for 16 weeks intervention experiment,selected three classes of body shape,function and quality indicators to evaluate the effect of exercise intervention plan.The results of the study:1 According to the constitution test results showed that overweight male(female)was born BMI respectively(26.79±0.41)(26.56±0.72)and normal male(female)was born,respectively(17.37±4.04)(17.63±3.32)is very significant difference between the two(p < 0.01);Reflects the cardiovascular function index can be seen that the steps of overweight male(female)living level index(47.49±3.31),respectively(41.47±3.98)and normal male(female)was born,respectively(52.4±3.01)(45.29±4.83)between the two have significant difference(p < 0.05);Reflect the lower limb strength index of standing long jump,overweight male(female)living standing long jump index respectively(1.62±0.21)(1.32±0.16)m,normal weight male(female)was born(1.98±0.34)for standing long jump(1.65±0.25)m,both exist significant difference(p < 0.05);Index reflecting solid sphere of upper body strength,it can be seen that overweight male(female)was born solid ball index respectively(678±148.8),(498.4±106.4)cm,normal weight male(female)was born(545±155.6)for solid ball(468.4±112.1)cm,there were significant differences between(p < 0.05);Reflect the quality of the flexible ZWT proneness indexes,it can be seen that overweight male(female)was born ZWT proneness indexes for the(1±5.3)(2.4±7.9)m,normal weight men ZWT proneness indexes for(4.5±3.8)(6.7±3.2)m,divided difference exists between a very significant difference(p < 0.01);Reflecting cardiopulmonary endurance and muscular endurance(male)1000 meters and 1000 meters(female)index can be seen in the overweight male(female)living index for(6.3±1.3)(5.9±0.8 min),male(female)was born normal weight indicators for(5.5±2.4)(5.7±2.8)min,there were significant difference between the two(p < 0.05)2 According to the movement interference experiment,according to the results of the experimental group male(female),birth weight,respectively,by(81.37±5.23)and(75.57±4.16)dropped to kg(77.13±3.37)and(72.12±3.32 kg,is very significant difference(p < 0.01);Experimental group male(female)was born lung capacity shall be provided by the(3245.2± 645.21)(2887.37±328.13)for ml rise to(3632.4±665.13)(3278.21±334.16)ml,with significant difference(p < 0.05);Male(female)was born after the experiment index of standing long jump by m(1.62±0.21)and(1.42±0.16)m growth for(1.88±0.45)m(1.68±0.45)m,show significant difference(p < 0.05);Experimental group male(female)was born solid ball index(678.5±148.8)cm and growth(495.4±106.4)cm(890±105.6)cm and(648± 123.4)cm,show very significant difference(p < 0.01);Experimental group boys ZWTproneness indexes by experiment(1.2±1.2)cm in front of the rising for the(1.9±5.8)cm,with significant difference(p < 0.05);Girls ZWT proneness indexes from experiment(2.4±10.0)cm in front of the rise in after the experiment(1.9±5.8)cm,there is a very significant difference(p < 0.01),the experimental group 1000 meters the boys indicators from experiment(6.5±1.7)min before reduced to(4.4±1.7)cm,show very significant difference(p < 0.01),the girls' 800 metres indicators by experiment(5.6± 1.9)min before the cut for(4.2±1.3 min after the experiment,a significant difference(p < 0.05).Research conclusion: according to the survey of the physical testing results show that the junior middle school students are overweight in the indexes of body shape,body function and physical quality compared with normal-weight students,especially the onset of strength,endurance,flexibility and so on quality more apparent.By 16 weeks of junior middle school students are overweight is given priority to with aerobic exercise intervention,make weight index declined,the improvement of body function is more obvious;Reflect the upper and lower limbs strength,flexibility and endurance quality has improved greatly,before the trial speed for a short period of time to improve quality is not obvious,no difference.That exercise intervention plan part of the body shape,function and the junior middle school students are overweight quality have a significant effect.
