Problems And Countermeasures Of Students' Safety Management In Art Colleges

In recent 20 years,Chinese art higher education high-speed development period,the various art colleges in the scale of running a school and the mode of management have taken place and previous traditional management compared to the great changes,these changes are from the inside out to art class colleges and universities brought vigor and vitality,but also increases the difficulty to art college students management work at the same time,the safety management of the students are also increasingly prominent.How to do a good job in the art of College Students' safety management,to build a harmonious campus,to protect the safety of students has become a major issue.Aiming at the current situation and problems of safety management of students in art colleges,this paper uses the method of questionnaire to make a systematic study.A total of400 questionnaires were distributed,376 questionnaires were valid.The main reason for these problems,including student safety management rules and regulations is not perfect,security guards and the overall quality is not high,students' safety awareness and self-protection ability is poor and the surrounding consumer sites hidden factors of instability,utilizes the interview method to carry on the thorough analysis.A total of 22 interviews,interviews with the teachers,students,dormitory guard,the University of the surrounding a KTV manager.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which is based on the research background and significance,literature review,concept definition,research ideas and methods,as well as the feasibility and innovation of research on the basic situation of the paper.Based on the system research based on the safety management of art college students,selected four dimensions,namely students personal safety,property safety,network safety,psychological safety as the research object of this paper;the second part,the status of the art college students' safety management four dimensions were analyzed and summarized;the third part describes the art college students safety management problem of the,namely Art University Students' safety management system,student management staff,students themselves and the surrounding environment.In the fourth part,after the analysis of the reasons put forward the corresponding countermeasures,including sound art college students' safety management laws and regulations,improve the art college students management worker safety awareness and ability,culture art class student's own security awareness and ability,the whole meal art tothe surrounding environment.The fifth part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the main content of this paper,and summarizes the main problems and corresponding countermeasures of the whole paper.
