Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Student Safety Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

Education has always been a research field concerned by the academic community,and student safety management is an important research direction in the field of education.In recent years,with the development and enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges have gradually exposed many students’ safety problems.At present,higher vocational college students accept new things faster than before and have stronger receiving ability,but their screening ability for new things is relatively weak.The traditional security management mode does not adapt to the development of the times,and will produce various security problems.In addition,under the traditional mode,it is easy to produce low efficiency of security information communication,insufficient sharing and coordination insufficient response to safety accidents or crises.The educational purpose of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate practical talents and meet the needs of society.Higher vocational colleges should ensure campus safety and student safety in order to provide a stable learning environment and promote the improvement of the educational level of higher vocational colleges.The author takes Chongqing X College as the specific research object to investigate the problems of student safety management.According to the overall framework of current situation,problems and countermeasures,and based on an overall understanding of the relevant research on student safety management at home and abroad,this paper explains the concepts of higher vocational colleges and student safety management,and summarizes the differences between higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges in student safety management;Combined with the actual situation of student safety management in Chongqing X College,this paper expounds the measures taken and the results achieved in the current student safety management,and conducts a questionnaire survey on students,and plus an interview with counselors,and explores the problems existing in the student safety management of the college and the causes of the problems according to the survey and interview results;Combined with the experience of "Five real actions and three properly actions" in Hubei Province,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of improving the student safety management of Chongqing X College,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the student safety management of Chongqing X College,in order to improve the student safety management level of Chongqing X College.Through this study,it is found that there are the following problems in the student safety management of Chongqing X College: Students’ weak safety awareness,the imbalance of the main body of safety management,imperfect safety assurance measures,single methods of safety education,etc.The reasons for these problems include inadequate safety education,unclear division of safety responsibility subjects,unreasonable organizational structure of student safety management,lagging construction of school student safety management system,failure to adjust measures to local conditions,etc.In order to improve the students’ safety management level of Chongqing X College,X College can implement interactive safety education,and correctly control the social security situation to strengthen students’ safety awareness education,and implement multi-agent cooperative management,and clarify the organizational structure and division of responsibilities to build a students’ safety management community.On this basis,strengthen the construction of information sharing mechanism and crisis emergency early warning mechanism.At the same time,strengthen the material infrastructure of student safety management,and strengthen the application level of big data and other technologies to ensure the implementation of student safety management.
