With the deepening reform of basic education courses,the ministry of education promulgated the compulsory education curriculum standard of fine arts(2011 edition)".The curriculum for nine-year compulsory education,from the junior middle school stage,demands a corresponding computer art classes(hereinafter referred to as primary and secondary school computer art courses).The curriculum is closely combining with the characteristics of era and the computer art media to attach great importance to the performance.Computer art is an emerging discipline of highly integrated science and art,it brings a kind of novel and unique art form of expression,as a new medium to express art emotion and content,thus affecting the primary and middle school students' aesthetic habits,aesthetic expression and aesthetic temperament and interest.At present,the computer art choreographed in the primary and secondary school each edition,and the fine arts teaching material and theinformation technology teaching material,it was deeply loved by students of primary and secondary schools.Learning computer art,for the cultivation of primary and middle school students' aesthetic quality,has the very vital significance.Based on the study background of the computer art direction as well as during school internship experience of primary and secondary schools,with a line of primary and secondary school art teachers and students as investigation object,using online questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,practice method and other methods,the new standard since the current situation of primary and secondary school computer art teaching in-depth investigation and research,analyzes the problems existing in the computer art teaching of primary and secondary schools nowadays,and combining with the characteristics of era development of primary and secondary school computer art course.At the same time,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper consists of introduction,since the computer art and teaching,curriculum implementation of primary and secondary schools the status quo of computer art teaching of primary and secondary schools,primary and secondary school computer art curriculum development instance and countermeasure research and thinking and outlook of five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,mainly including the origin,research purpose and research significance,research status at home and abroad and the research methods and research ideas,etc.The second to the fourth chapter is the focus of this article,the fifth chapter is the end of this article.The second chapter mainly elaborates computer art and teaching of primary and secondary schools.The third chapter is the new standard since the implementation of primary and secondary schools the status quo of computer art teaching.The fourth chapter is based on the third chapter,according to existing problems,combining with the characteristics of era and put forward the corresponding instances of curriculum development and countermeasures.The fifth chapter mainly through the survey,the author's own thinking and vision of the future.
