Siyuan school is the strategy of "education immigrant to poverty alleviation projects",which is arming at promoting the compulsory education balanced development by Hainan provincial government, due to the implementation of excellent imported from the mainland the President and the leader of the primary and secondary school teachers recruitment policy,make the Siyuan school teachers collective form different from the traditional Hainan rural primary and secondary schools, there are big differences in the school idea, teaching ability and teaching style,between these "provincial" teachers and Hainan teachers, teachers conflict and fusion is a inevitable teaching staff management issues in Hainan siyuan school development in the future. Through the survey found that the cause of conflict of teachers is mainly due to: individual teachers' cultural differences, communication and relationship factors such as unfair competition.
