In the world within the scope of the education reform background, in the 21 st century, ushered in a new round of curriculum reform in our country. In June 2001, the ministry of education issued the "basic education curriculum reform outline(try out)" mentioned: "change course management is too centralized, implement national and local, the school three-level curriculum management, strengthen course adaptability to local, school and students." This enhances the historical course of flexibility, openness and regional therefore according to the actual situation to develop the corresponding curriculum resources. Local history textbook is one of the effective methods to this goal.Nowadays, all over the country provinces and cities have successively agrestic history curriculum according to the requirement of the curriculum standard development and cooperate with local teaching material, but because of the differences between the local situation, lead to the development of local history curriculum is not balanced. As some areas have been completed with local characteristics of local history curriculum, write agrestic history teaching materials, and combining the reality of teaching, to very good implementation, but there are many areas is still in the undeveloped or half development status.
