Analysis Of The Current Situation And Countermea Sures Of The Cadre Education And Training

Cadre's education and training is not only the crucial means of enhancing cadre's quality and ability, but the indispensible content of Cadre's team construction. Under the circumstances of China's social and economic development is entering into the new normal, it relies more on the elevation of the Cadre's comprehensive quality in order to Cope with the complicated forms at home and abroad, Crack reform and development problems and promote the overall development of economy and society. Under the new historical conditions, how to improve the quality of cadres by the cadre education and training is the key project and the lack of current related research under the new normal of strengthening the governance capacity of the Party and ensuring the economic and social development in the new normal period. Based on the background of this problem, the study will analyze the status and countermeasures of cadre education and training, taking Jiangxi Institute of Economic Administrators as an example and hope the study will provide some references to the future development of China's cadre education and training.This paper mainly applies the literature research, questionnaire survey, comparative study etc, introducing the background and the current situation, the unique advantages, problems and development trend of China's cadre education, expounding the system of the representative cadre education and training,organization mode, function characteristic, course setting, training method and training practice system in the United States, Singapore, India and other countries. The questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the status quo of the cadre education and training,the existing problems and main reasons of Jiangxi Institute of Economic Administrators. In the end, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level ofeducationandtrainingofcadres,from four levels of the party and the government, society, the,training sector, training cadres.
