Study On Campus Cultural Management In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Western China

Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.When culture is flourishing,the country will be prosperous;when culture is strong,the nation will be strong.Without cultural prosperity and a high degree of cultural confidence,there will be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Colleges and universities are important carriers for training qualified builders and reliable successors for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As the highland of cultural construction,the construction and management of campus culture is related to the ideological development of each college student,as well as their growth and success.Therefore,campus culture management is an important part of national culture management,and it is also the proper connotation of advanced socialist culture.The campus culture of a university contains the spiritual core and academic tradition of the university.It embodies the development goal,school-running idea and value pursuit of the university.It is the internal support and driving force for its survival and development.In order to construct the characteristic campus culture in higher vocational colleges of western China,in recent years,the strategy of strengthening campus culture has been put forward,the construction of the soft power of campus culture has been strengthened,and the educational level of campus culture has been comprehensively improved,so as to give play to the ideological basis and value leading role of campus advancedculture.In order to deeply study the campus culture management of Higher Vocational Colleges in Western China,the research methods of literature research,comparative study and questionnaire survey are adopted.The research background,theoretical and practical significance of the selected topic,as well as the domestic and foreign research status are discussed.The related concepts of campus culture are explained.The theories of organizational culture,new public management theory and cultural level theory are applied to make the theoreticalanalysis of the problems of the campus culture management ofHigher Vocational Colleges in Western China.Supported by a questionnaire survey on the current situation of campus culture management in three Higher Vocational colleges of Western China,this paper analyses the outstanding problems of campus culture management in Higher Vocational colleges of Western China,such as weak awareness of campus culture management,vacancies in the content of campus culture management and lack of innovation in the methods of campus culture management,and explores the causes of these problems.On this basis of it,this paper explores how higher vocational colleges in Western China combine with the regional characteristics of Western China and the characteristics of Higher VocationalColleges in running colleges,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions that higher vocational colleges in Western China should enhance the awareness of campus culture management,improve the content of campus culture management,strengthen management services,and promote the integration of campus culture.The purpose is to improve the quality and level of campus culture management in Higher Vocational Colleges in Western China and to improve the training ability of professional talents to strengthen the economic construction of the western China.
