With the rapid expansion of higher vocational education in China, the problems that the number of higher vocational teacher shortage, unreasonable structure and not higher quality gradually exposed, which has affected the quality of higher occupation education teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, so to solve the problem is imminent, especially in higher vocational colleges in the western underdeveloped area where the economy is backward, the foundation is weak and loss of talented people, the problem of teachers is particularly prominent which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Higher Vocational Colleges in china. Therefore, early to study this issue and to explore solutions, to promote the higher vocational colleges in underdeveloped areas of strong and healthy development, the realization of higher occupation education in our country health, balanced, sustainable development, has the profound practical significance.Through research, teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in underdeveloped regions in Western China’s remaining five problems, that quality is not high, unreasonable and unsound management structure, the difference in their teacher’s ethics construction, hardware resources and the lag of teachers’ treatment. Combined this five big problem, author made has West owes developed area high vocational institutions teachers team, must to create excellent talent growth of superior environment for based, strongly implementation teachers team construction "eight big works"--the teacher training project, the introduction of talent project, project blue, quality engineering, teaching and research support engineering, experimental team construction, model projects and condensate heart engineering, efforts construction has been scale moderate, and structure reasonable, and quality excellent, and pioneering innovation of teachers team of construction strategy.This research papers logical framework is as follows:the first is exordium. Mainly discussed the raise of the research problem and the research purpose, content and significance.The first chapter is the summary of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges. Mainly put forward the background of the construction of teachers team, our country’s higher vocational education development present situation and characteristics, the development of the teachers troop construction lines and the teachers troop construction targets and requirements. Chapter ⅱ western underdeveloped region teaching staff construction in higher vocational college research analysis and studies. Mainly puts forward the research ideas and research methods, research design and analysis; put forward problems existing in the construction of teachers’ team of the western underdeveloped region.The second chapter is construction of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges theoretical basis. Introduces the theory of higher education, human resource theory, individual motivation theory, organizational behavior theory and the theory of lifelong education.The third chapter is the analysis and questions research of vocational colleges teachers’ team construction research in undeveloped areas in western China; Mainly put forward the research ideas and research methods, the design and analysis of the investigation, and raised some problems that existed in higher vocational colleges of western underdeveloped region.The fourth chapter mainly study on the construction of teaching staff in developed areas of domestic and foreign colleges; The main research present situation of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges of developed areas in China and abroad; summarizes the good practices of the construction of teachers team of the developed areas in China and foreign colleges.The fifth chapter is about the study on Countermeasures of the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in underdeveloped areas in western China. Elaborate on the construction measures of " eight big projects" of vocational colleges teachers in the western underdeveloped area, that is the teacher training project, the introduction of talent project, project blue, quality engineering, teaching and research support engineering, experimental team construction, model projects and condensate heart engineering and puts forward higher vocational colleges in underdeveloped areas in western China should change the idea, make great efforts to improve the overall quality of teachers, it teachers into the school development planning and local education and social economic development, and strive to build a high level, high-quality teachers team, thus making great contribution to Higher Occupation Education in the western region and the whole country.
