The purpose of this study is to investigate the present situation of the effectiveness of the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching.On the basis of the results,and combined with the quantum physics,social psychology,and positive psychology theories,this study is to explore the internal mechanism of effectiveness and the empirical study path of ideals and beliefs classroom teaching.On the basis of previous studies,I designed the questionnaire of the effectiveness of the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching and Interview questionnaire of the students' expectancy to the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching.By investigating 800 college students in four public universities in Chengdu and with the software 22.0,we analyzed the descriptive statistic,T-test,One Way ANOVA,Step wise regression,I knew the following situation of ideals and beliefs classroom teaching:(1)The overall situation of effectiveness of the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching was not ideal.(2)There was no clear gap between the overall assessment of effectiveness of the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching and aspects of effectiveness of the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching.But their differences were in grades,genders,majors,student leaders,variables of the only child,the places of birth and places where the students are from.(3)There was no clear gap in the target of effectiveness of the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching between the variables of the only child.But there differences were in schools,grades,genders,majors,student leaders,party members and the places of birth.On the basis of relevant documents and results of investigation,this thesis designed the program of ideals and beliefs classroom teaching.Through the comparative test between the experimental class and control class,the thesis studied the internal mechanism of effectiveness of the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching.Through statistical analysis,we found the differences between scores in pre-test and post-test,and the scores of post-test were higher than pre-test;at the same time,scores in the post-test were significantly different from scores of control classes.The average score of the experimental class was higher than control class,This meant that the intervention of effectiveness of the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching was effective.From above,we could know that the construction of energy field,the formation of positive qualities,the promotion of self-efficacy and the strength of objective thinking,dynamic thinking and method thinking,are the internal mechanism of effectiveness of the ideals and beliefs classroom teaching.
