At the end of20th Century, a new research field has grown up in the Western psychologicalcircle, and rapidly gained worldwide attention. This is a positive force and virtues to the study ofhuman of positive psychology. Positive Psychology emphasizes psychology should shift fromonly concerned with the person’s mental illness, mental problems to the study of active powerinherent in human.By exploring and focusing on the positive power and quality, they candevelop their own positive force and quality, while also prevent problems arise. Positivepsychology provides a new perspective to the field of education. The aim of positive psychologyis to explore and develop human potential, positive personality and human happiness, which isone of the goals of the education and training of students. However, there have higherrequirements of students’ thinking for physics in the high school, so that students producefrustration easily. Experiencing frustration is not conducive to long-term development ofstudents’ emotional attitude and cognition And in education, teacher’s feedback has a direct andimportant influence on students’ emotional and attitude. Positive psychology just can provide thetheories and the method instruction for teacher’s feedback. So that teacher feedback can play abetter role to promote the development of students’ emotional attitude and cultivate students’positive personality.In this paper, I systematically analyze the positive psychology, humanism education theoryand constructivist educational theory and the theory of teaching feedback through literatureresearch. On this basis,we clarify the relationship between positive psychology and physicsclassroom teaching. Then we investigate status feedback of high school physics classroomteaching through the questionnaire. Investigation of the main contents include three aspects: thephysical teachers’ philosophy of Education、implementation of physics classroom teachingfeedback、influencing factors and prospect. According to the results of the survey, teachers’positive education has not been formed; feedback of the teachers’ behavior is biased.On the basis of the classroom teaching feedback Survey and analysis of problems, then putforward the following optimization strategy of four aspects: improves teachers’ positive status,establish a positive view of students, pay attention to the way of the feedback, the establishmentof the school-family integrated active feedback system and practice the feedback of diversifiedteaching.
