In the fifties of the 20 th century,western psychology develops a new branch-positive psychology,overturns the tradition of psychology focusing on psychological correction and mental disorders.Positive psychology is an applied science that reveals human superiority and promotes its positive function,training positive emotions and positive psychology from a positive perspective,goal from “treatment” to “prevention”,function shift from “repair” to “construction”.New Curriculum Reform in China proposed: “Advocate students' initiative participation,willingness to explore,diligence,training students' ability to collect and process information,ability to acquire new knowledge,ability to analyze and solve problems,and ability to communicate and cooperate”,emphasizing the prominent position of students.Physics is an experimental science,and physics experiments play an important role in the knowledge system of high school physics,the training of student'physical and mental health should not only exist in the process of exploring knowledge,after completing an experiment or completing a staged goal,it is equally important to care for and maintain the psychological state of students.It is hoped that under the guidance of positive psychological theory,the teaching methods used in high school physics experiment classes will be more than helping students acquire relevant knowledge,the role played in the psychological aspects of students is prevention,the emphasis is not on adjustments or even on treatment.This study will follow the requirements of the curriculum reform in our country,deep into high school physics experiment classes,teachers and students.Questionnaire survey covering senior two grade groups,earnestly recovering and arranging questionnaires,and using Spss Statistics 22 social statistics and data analysis software to detect and analyze the effective data recovered,for the problems exposed in the high school physics experiment teaching,positive psychology theory is used as the guiding ideology to discover the positive mentality that may appear in the high school physics experiment class,and on this basis,the high school physics experiment teaching methods are summarized.This article from three aspects:positive psychology in high school physics experiment teaching,the effect of positive psychological on physics experiment teaching,and the formation of positive psychological conditions in high school physics experiment teaching,explain the relationship between positive psychology and physics experiment teaching in high school physics experiment class,in each of these areas,based on data analysis,teachers,students,and the environment will be summed up to elaborate on the factors.Based on this,and further from the three links before the experiment,during the experiment,and after the experiment,the method of high school physics experiment teaching was summarized,while imparting knowledge,students are concerned about their physics and mental health,stabilizing their psychology status and promoting healthy development.I hope that this paper can provide some references for physics teachers in middle school in the application of positive psychology in physics teaching,and expect more people to pay attention to positive psychology and physics experiment teaching.
