Learning achievement is an important quantitative measure of personal achievement for Middle School students in our country. Study of family environment, learning motivation and self-esteem in different degree in different aspects, directly or indirectly affect the students' learning achievement. Mainly through the questionnaire survey method, using a specific scale of 972 middle school students were tested, through the statistical analysis of the data, the characteristics and the relationship between the four of family environment, self-esteem, learning motivation and academic achievement of middle school students in Guangxi ethnic areas are discussed, and built the corresponding regression equation of middle school students 'family environment learning motivation, self-esteem and academic performance.The results are as follows:The intimacy, the success and the culture of the family environment of middle school students in Guangxi minority area are relatively low, and the other dimensions are in the middle level;the self-esteem is in the medium level; there are no problems in the dimensions of learning motivation. And self-esteem, some dimensions of family environment and learning motivation in grades, gender, whether the only child, there are significant differences in ethnic groups.Academic performance, self-esteem and family environment of intimacy, contradiction and motivation in learning motivation is too weak, learning interest, learning objectives, such as the six factors between the each two factors, there are related.Family environment of conflict, achievement for learning achievement has significant negative prediction function; self-esteem on academic performance has positive prediction function; learning motivation' motivation too weak, interest in learning problems, problems of learning goals were on learning achievement has negative prediction function.From the family environment, self-esteem and learning motivation and learning performance of the regression equation can be reflected, self-esteem, motivation is too weak, learning interest in the impact of learning achievement has a significant impact on different levels. Self esteem has a positive predictive function on learning achievement, and the motivation is too weak and the learning interest is troubled with negative predictive function.Learning motivation plays a partial mediating effect between self-esteem and academic achievement, and self-esteem plays a complete mediating effect between family environment and learning motivation.
