The Research On Leisure Learning Of The Post 80’s Staff

Leisure is an important part of human life, is a necessary condition for the overall development of human, but also an important symbol of social civilization. The study of leisure is a part of the modern lifelong learning thought, and it is also helpful to deepen and widen the research field of adult education.On the basis of questionnaire and interview research, this paper analyzes the leisure learning situation of the post 80’s staff from four aspects as leisure time, leisure concepts, leisure methods and leisure quality. Then finds the main problems existing in the leisure learning of the post 80’ staff and puts forward promoting strategies.The first part is the introduction of the topic preface reason, significance, the core definition, literature review, research ideas, research methods, research features and shortcomings as well as the analysis of leisure research situation of the post 80’. On this basis, the study surveys 234 on-the-job personnel using self-made questionnaire, totally collecting 203 effective questionnaires; and interviews two of the research objects. Through overall and concrete analysis, concludes that at present the leisure situation of the post 80’ staff in China still exists problems as the lack of effective leisure time, lack of leisure ways, backwardness of leisure idea, dissatisfaction of leisure quality. And then gives reasons from economics, environment and personnel three aspects. In the last part, the study puts forward four advancement strategies as followings: building up scientific concept of leisure, creating conditions for a good learning atmosphere, strengthening leisure education to promote the scientific development of leisure learning, encouraging and promoting the national reading.
