The Study On The Expression Of Sports Interest?the Mobilization Of Resources And Setting The Agenda For Multiple Interest Groups

Social reforms affect structural differentiation of the sports interest and integration of multiple interest groups,and increasingly complex social conflicts and interest demands have diversified trend.Interest Groups differentiation leads to various expressions of sports interest from different interest groups.Faced with the new situation,the behaviors of the main sports interest,division of the rights and configuration of sports resources become a breakthrough of expressions of interest.But it proves that whether civic awareness enhancement,public opinion guidance and other factors are fair to the distribution of interest or not,it is contrary to the expected structure of interest.The conflicts of interest emerge constantly;the structure of the sports interest loses imbalance.The mobilization of resources lies in organization,increasing population and enlarging influence of the problem.Resources exchange among government,social organizations and the public so as to achieve the maximum of collective interest.With the social environment and the support of financial funds and the level of cultural development,the introduction and implementation of sports policy exactly estimate "Cost-income" rate.With respect to the high "organizational costs" from mobilization of social organizations,the government can take up the responsibility of sports reform and change.The media puts forward some important issue on the public agenda so as to be concerned,thought and even taken action,it becomes the beginning of the vortex of public opinion.Sports structure establishment and sports behavior participation are multidimensional integration of consumption of economic,political,social and cultural factors as well as personal experience,and joint action on social outcomes.Good interaction among the media,the public and the government is influential successfully transference of setting the agenda.Through literature research and organization,the government,as the main responsibility for sports development,should balance the interests of political decision-making and public social management,and promote the balanced development of the structure of the sports interest.The precondition is the full expression and reflection of the interests of multiple groups.If the expression of interest is not sufficient,with the government representing the public interestdemands,in fact,it is difficult to set up.Based on the theory of resource mobilization and the theory of setting the agenda,internal and external factors analysis of the social mobilization of resources,and exploring the ways to express diverse interests groups,as well as the ways to make the agenda of the sports interests become the government agenda should be concerned.Question is always prevalent,to solve or not to solve,or how to solve,are the inspiring point of this article.This paper aims to theoretically conclude expression of the interests,resource mobilization and setting the agenda,and descriptively construct the analytical framework of expressions of sports interest and resource mobilization as well as setting the agenda,with the relationship between the government and the public.Sports institutional change,interest groups and the establishment of the discourse power as well as the government's response are all factors which affect the causes and consequences of the expression of interest;cost benefit,mobilization mechanism,and the mass media decide the extent and effect of mobilization;agenda-setting research is back to the theme of the article—the ways to make the sports interest enter the government's agenda to promote the government solves the problem.Sports is part of social life,and theoretical analysis of sports interest helps to grasp and understand the law of development and prospects of the Chinese sports.
