Study On Classroom Management Of Primary And Secondary Schools From The Perspective Of Educational Ethics

Primary and secondary education is the basic part of the whole education system, is to cultivatethe basic qualities of a man the most important stage. The microcosmic field of basic educationin the classroom is a vitally important field in education reform. Among them, the classroom management is one of the most complex fields, including psychology, philosophy, and more speciesof sociology and management science. The classroom management in middle and primary schools of ethics should be thepersonality and pay attention to students’development, improve the quality of life of the students, and then carry out the management and teaching activities. This paper adopts the method of literature analysis and questionnaire method,4 middle school in Puyang City,Henan province respectively in Zhongyuan Oilfield and 4 primary school teachers were investigated, found and summed up the ethical spirit of the classroom management in primary and secondary schools. This paper consists of three parts:The first part:first of all, based one ducation, ethics, the core of the classroom management,basic content, analysis of the education of morality and classroom management. Secondly,secondly, summing up the characteristics of classroom management and promotion of educational ethics.The second part:our country’s current primary and secondary school classroom management situation analysis from the level of ethical education. China’s current primary and secondary school classroom management has made some achievements, but there are also many problems.These problems include: teaching subject ethics consciousnessalienation indifference typeclassroom management, teachers and students relations alienation authoritarian classroom management, teaching mode of processing the alienation of dislocation type classroommanagement and student alienation captive type classroom management. The underlying reasonis the main one, abstraction, generality and materialized.The third part:practical strategies in primary and secondary schools under the vision of educationethics of classroom management. This part of the pedagogy, ethics, ethics education and classroom management and other disciplines of knowledge as the basis, put forward the ethicalculture of classroom management strategies:classroom management ethics of teachers’morality,create equality and respect ethical classroom environment, establish studentrelationship ethicsteacher good, ethicalconstruction type far management community attention, the interactive development of roller skating teaching process.
