| With the progress and development of society,the process of urbanization in China has achieved remarkable results,but also exposed some drawbacks.We should clearly see that under the influence of the dual structure of urban and rural,the continuous development of the city at the same time,the development of rural society is still relatively backward,social quality in low level,is still a huge gap between urban and rural areas,which the maintenance of social stability produced adverse effects.Therefore,the governance and development of rural society is of great significance.Modern urbanization is not by the road.Since eighteen,the CPC Central Committee to further promote the new urbanization construction,pay more attention to the urban and rural areas,in urban construction at the same time,strengthen the management of rural society,which brings new opportunities and challenges for rural society construction.China,as a big agricultural country,the country is the home of our survival,the development of rural society is related to the process of China’s modernization.Only when we know the value of Chinese rural society,we can find that the production,stability and cultural value of the rural,can make the difference between urban and rural development.Under the background of the process of urbanization,the new research perspective of social quality theory can be used to evaluate the social quality of rural areas.Qi Li Ying Town of Zhongzhou town of Xinxiang county is located in the North Plain of Henan Province,51 administrative villages,four dimensions of social quality theory,To the four dimensions of social quality,social economic security,social cohesion,social inclusion,community empowerment for analysis,through a full range of meticulous scanning and study under the background of urbanization of the Qi Li Ying town rural society,a more profound understanding to the current situation of the development of the rural society,social quality and existing problems.Combined with basic situation of the rural society in China,According to the survey questionnaire and interview of Qi Li Ying town,first proposed by reversing the tendency of Heavy town light country,increasing the intensity of urban and rural resource integration;construction of large agricultural industry system,reduce the urban-rural income gap;the establishment of a sound social security system,expanding coverage scope and intensity measures,further strengthen the rural social and economic security.Secondly,put forward the strengthen rural grassroots organizations construction,and constantly improve the benign interaction of the village level organizations and grass-roots government;rebuild the socialist core values,deepen rural spiritual civilization construction;improve village level financial management mechanism,countermeasures to enhance the capacity of rural governance and increasing strong cohesive force of rural society.Then,put forward the construction of the rule of law,equal environment,to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the villagers;to encourage the development of rural civil society organizations,to promote the exchange of the villagers and other countermeasures,and constantly enhance the capacity of rural social inclusion.Finally,the paper put forward the increase open policy efforts,improve villagers’ information gain ratio;strengthen the villagers of the knowledge,skills,training;improve villagers’ political participation efforts and play the subject status of the villager countermeasures,and constantly improve the rural community empowerment.Through the discussion of the way to enhance the quality of rural society,thus better promote rural social development,improve the level of rural social governance,really improve the quality of rural society,coordinated and healthy development of China’s urbanization and rural society. |
