Yoga originated in India,as a way of fitness has thousands of years of history,is one of the oldest fitness(east,is the way at to practice dharma,its variety,can be referred to as "yoga".Currently popular yoga exercise stress is the perfect combination of meditation,breathing,postures,in order to achieve the unity of body and mind,to relieve the lock in the work of the troubles in life,increase physical and mental health.Along with the development of China's economy,followed by environmental pollution,work and life pressure and so on a series of problems in the full of our life,the health of people also constantly increased,people to solve the food and clothing live line,for fitness consciousness also more and more intense.Yoga as a new fitness programs is gradually accepted by more and more people in China more,with the rapid development of yoga movement,a group of yoga to yoga class as the main product also arises at the historic moment.And yoga service marketing is an integral part of rapid development,China's yoga cause in reference on the basis of predecessors' research,this article 18 yoga in north area operating condition as the research object,through the literature research the theory of yoga and cultural knowledge,determine the content of the required.Using questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,yoga in north area managers,coaches and members were investigated,and an objective understanding of the north area of yoga business model,comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the development of yoga,and put forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions for its,hope to north yoga,countermeasures for the sustainable development.Results show: the north part of yoga in the main problems existing in the operation are(1)coaches age tend to be younger,degree is low,lack of professional theory knowledge,sex ratio imbalance,low wages,relatively insufficient work enthusiasm.(2)the member on the gender and age structure is not reasonable,participation,purpose is too one-sided,insufficient understanding of yoga culture and for the guild satisfaction is low.(3)yoga on the business model is too single,lack of sustained development,charging high series of phenomena.In this paper,by analyzing the management mode of north part of yoga to place the corresponding development countermeasures:(1)establish customer feedback mechanism,continuously improve courses and services.(2)the self-help course of choose and buy cost model.(3)make full use of the convenience of the network.(4)the combination of a variety of ways of communication mode.(5)strengthen coach team management,improve the overall quality of curriculum content,appropriate arrangements(6)class,to adapt to different groups(7)adjust the charge standard,formulate reasonable price space(8)the locations of the scientific and reasonable.
