With the gradual deepening of China's basic education curriculum reform of geography,the evaluation of geographical examination should be carried out in the corresponding reform,and the key step in the reform lies in the improvement of the level of the first geography teachers' proposition.In the current stage,what is the status of the teaching of the middle school geography teachers,what are the factors that affect the proposition,how to further enhance the level of the proposition of the geography teacher.Therefore,based on the measurement theory of learning about education psychology,evaluation,combined with their own in the middle school geography education practice on this issue in the thinking and exploration,three junior high school geography teachers in Lanzhou city as the object of case study,using qualitative research methods in social Science in the study,through interviews,participant observation,text analysis,real and deep to show the proposition of the current situation of Lanzhou City three junior high school geography teachers,analyzed the influence on the factors and status of proposition,at the same time for the geography teachers how to improve the level of proposition gives specific countermeasures and suggestions.That is,in the school general large-scale standardized tests such as the graduation examinations, college entrance examination proposition is by state education departments or institutions of educational research carried out under the auspices,and relates to the confidentiality issues.Therefore,this paper studies the geography teacher's proposition is that in the normal school teaching process by the teacher to test the proposition of work,such as unit testing, mid-term exam, final exam,etc..This paper is divided into the following seven parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper discusses the problem of this paper,and expounds the theoretical and practical background, research purpose and significance of the research on the status quo of the geography teacher's proposition.The second part,literature review.This paper discusses the related concepts,theoretical basis and current domestic and international research status of the research topic of geography teacher's proposition.The third part,research design and method.This paper mainly discusses the design ideas of the research,the selection of case study object,the method of collecting the research data,the analysis of the research data and the concrete implementation process of the research.The fourth part,the present situation of the proposition of the three geography teachers.Through the case study of more than a year long of the selected three Lanzhou City junior high school geography teachers,from three geography teachers participate in proposition experience, propositions, propositional knowledge understanding,proposition operation skills of the four dimensions of the proposition of the question interprets.The fifth part,the analysis of the causes of the status quo of the proposition of the three geography teachers.Through the study,it is found that there are many factors that affect the status of the proposition of the geography teachers in the junior high school of Lanzhou city in three.The author summarizes the two aspects:external factors and teachers' own factors.The external influence factors mainly include geography teacher training,education authorities,schools,examination questions of the several levels.And teachers' own factors mainly include teachers' sense of proposition,lack of research spirit,heavy teaching tasks,no time to take into account the two aspects of the work of the proposition.The sixth part,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of the geography teacher's proposition.The reading on the basis of relevant literature,from the geography geography teacher training,education authorities,schools,teachers themselves proposed to promote the geography teachers proposition level of ascension related countermeasures suggested.The seventh part is the conclusion.On the basis of the previous analysis,this paper expounds the ethical issues and reflection of this study from the macro level,the reliability and limitations of the study,and prospects the development direction of future geography teachers' proposition related research.
