The rural revitalization strategy was raised in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In order to evolve countryside,education should be advanced first.Jingning County is situated in a faraway village in western China,.Its economic development is behindhand.The traffic in Jingning County is heavy.And its education development is laggard.This situation can't match the general demands of the rural revitalization strategy.With the purpose of researching and finding out the existing state of affairs in rural junior high schools in Jingning County.This study chooses Jingning County,Gansu province as the research target.In the passage,it employs two-factor theory and regional balanced development theory.It also consults teacher survey data analysis and depth interviews records.The passage aims at surveying and integrating teachers' amount,composition,wage,working circumstances and continuous education of Jingning County.At the end of the passage,it trys to bring to light the issues and causes existing in faculty building,its purpose is to bring forward some recommendations.By way of questionnaire survey,together with the date from depth visit to sample schools' principals and some teachers,the study finds that there are problems in the occupational positions on teacher skills,faculty structure,teachers' monetary reward,successive education,technical standard and growing programme of job occupation.These problems are mainly from the negative influence of social environmental elements on teachers' figure of job occupation,shortcomings in policy making,unbalanced plan as a whole between city and countryside.Thence,in order to reinforce and improve the configuration of teachers in rural junior middle schools in Jingning County,this research proposes the following majorization paths: enhance policy assistance and rationally allocate resources of educational;strictly comply the training administration institution,firm the inspect and board of online training,focus on school-based cultivating;ameliorate the school administration institution,prosecute humanized board,and draw up excitation policies to stimulate teachers' potential to the greatest extent;focus on enhancing the internal driving force of teachers,improve teacher professionalism.At the same time,teachers in the countryside should take the dynamic character to revise the conflicts between the dual roles of themselves.Jingning County rural junior middle schools urgently need a group of stabilizing teachers who are rooted in the countryside.
