Teacher job satisfaction refers to a happy or positive psychological feeling obtained by teachers in their work,including the feeling of the work itself and the working environment.Since 2018,education authorities have introduced a series of policies aimed at inspiring teachers' enthusiasm and improving their job satisfaction.Teachers' job satisfaction is an important index that affects the quality of school education,and it is a subject that can not be ignored by education administrators.In the process of education and teaching,many teachers are less enthusiastic about their work,which is not only bad for teachers' physical and mental health,but also hinders the development of school education.In view of this,this study focuses on the factors affecting teachers' job satisfaction,to provide a useful reference for school administrators.This study aims to explore the current situation and influencing factors of middle school teachers' job satisfaction through quantitative analysis of TALIS questionnaire data,combined with "two-factor theory",and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the situation of middle school teachers' job satisfaction.After descriptive statistics,difference test and multi-level model analysis of data statistical results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The job satisfaction of junior middle school teachers is at a general level in international competition and still needs to be improved.2.In terms of gender,the career satisfaction of female teachers is significantly higher than that of male teachers;There is no significant difference between male and female teachers in overall job satisfaction and environmental satisfaction.In terms of educational background,the higher the teacher's educational background,the higher the career satisfaction and the overall job satisfaction,but there is no significant difference in the satisfaction of the working environment among teachers with different educational background.3.In terms of personal factors of teachers,the overall job satisfaction,career satisfaction and environmental satisfaction of those who take teaching as their first choice are higher;The higher the teacher's teaching efficacy,the higher the teacher's job satisfaction.On the other hand,the higher the workload,the lower the satisfaction and the greater the impact.In terms of school factors,the school atmosphere of mutual respect has a significant positive impact on teachers' overall job satisfaction,career satisfaction and environmental satisfaction.It is worth noting that the principal's leadership behavior has no significant impact on teachers' job satisfaction in this study,which is inconsistent with the conclusions of some previous studies and still deserves further exploration.Finally,from the perspective of educational management,this study puts forward targeted improvement measures from the school and teachers,hoping to effectively improve teachers' job satisfaction.
